However, because SMEs are limited by scale and funding, they can show limited benefits. In view of inter-industry cooperation is taken more and more seriously and the consumers’ market get more complex. The concept of business ecosystem that emphasizes open innovation has become one of trends. Competition among enterprises is no longer to fight alone, but between business ecosystems and business ecosystems. Entering a business ecosystem suitable for the enterprise itself and building cooperative relationships with members can contribute to SMEs' economies of scale and develop benefit of resource integration. Investigating past related research, there is currently a lack of academic and practical research into ecosystem operation in SMEs of cluster. This research is study that ecosystem operation in SMEs of cluster, the enterprises must pay attention to many factors in the different facet. For decision and definition of the factors, this research uses literature review and expert interview. Then using Fuzzy DEMATEL, ISM and MICMAC to analysis the correlation between the factors and provide to the enterprise and the future researchers as a reference.
