Study 1 aims to understand the current status and problems of AAC services in primary and secondary school system and the differences among background variables. In response to the school system special education teachers(SETs) and speech therapists(STs) conducted the survey, a total of 741 questionnaires were sent out to recover 403, the recovery rate was 54.4%. Based on results of survey, most of the SETs and STs expressed that they assessed the students' language, communication, operation, social ability and AAC needs when they provided AAC service. The STs were more skilled and familiar with AAC. SETs have more recognition for professional cooperation models, communication environment and supports of important persons. AAC service question mostly encounter communication aids, including: price, custody, maintenance, etc. When STs providing the AAC service, they encountered more "environmental" dimension problem. Study 2 aims to develop the "Augmentative and Alternative Communication Service Model in Primary and Secondary School System". 12 experts and scholars were invited to review the content. The results of the review indicated that only one item was rated less than 4.0 and the consistence was lower than 70%. This service model show good content validity, and the implementation of this AAC service mode was completed after revised based on the expert's sugesstions. Study 3 takes the first step of the AAC service model to develop the “AAC selection procedure in primary and secondary school system” and to explore its reliability and validity. ST who is quite familiar with AAC is invited to establish the validity of the association. In addition, two SETs were invited to use this procedure to select AAC for 20 students to establish the inter-rators agreement. The results show that the selection procedure has reliability and validity. Based on the results, this study presents conclusions and related recommendations for practical application and future research. CHEN, MING-TSUNG LIN, CHIEN-YU 陳明聰 林千玉 2019 學位論文 ; thesis 276 zh-TW |
