Summary: | 碩士 === 國立屏東大學 === 生態休閒教育教學碩士學位學程 === 108 === The purpose of this research was to understand the current cognition and attitude toward ecological leisure among elementary school teachers in Penghu County, the differences of demographic variables in the ecological leisure cognition and attitude, and then to explore the relationship between the cognition and attitude of ecological leisure among these teachers. This study adopted questionnaire surveys, in which included the scale of ecological leisure cognition of elementary school teachers and the scale of ecological leisure attitude of elementary school teachers. The participants were the elementary school teachers in Penghu County. A total of 250 questionnaires were sent out, 250 questionnaires were returned, and 244 valid questionnaires, the effective return rate was 97.6%. The collected data were analyzed through SPSS 22.0 For Windows with descriptive statistics, one-way MANOVA, post-hoc analysis of Scheffé method, and Pearson’s correlation. The results of this study were as follows: 1. the level of ecological leisure cognition for the elementary school teachers in Penghu County was truly high, and their attitude was positive as well, reaching at least medium-high level. 2. teachers with different background variables had no significant differences on the cognition toward ecological leisure. 3. teachers with different background variables had no significant differences on the attitude toward ecological leisure. 4. this research found the significant correlations between elementary school teachers’ cognition and the attitude toward ecological leisure.
