There were 258 participants from elementary school English teachers in Taichung, and the data was analyzed by descriptive statistics, independent-sample t-test, Chi-square test and multiple regression. The results indicated that: first, the English teachers in Taichung elementary school used the integration of tabletop games with low or high frequency who have great job involvement and better teaching effectiveness. Second, there was a significant difference in the job identification and job evaluation of using the integration of tabletop games with low or high frequency by the English teachers in Taichung elementary school. Third, there was a significant difference in the "teaching plan and preparation" and the "class management" of using the integration of tabletop games with low or high frequency by the English teachers in Taichung elementary school. Forth, the frequency of the integration of tabletop games into English teaching by elementary English teachers in Taichung was relevant in age and teaching years. Fifth, the elementary English teachers in Taichung use the integration of tabletop games in English teaching with low frequency and job identification and job pleasure in job involvement can predict teaching effectiveness. Sixth, the elementary English teachers in Taichung used the integration of tabletop games in English teaching with high frequency and job identification and job pleasure in job involvement can predict teaching effectiveness. Seventh, the reasons of the elementary English teachers in Taichung used the integration of tabletop games in English teaching were encouraging students’ motivation, enhancing their interest etc. The difficulties were insufficient teaching time, uncontrolled classroom management etc. The dilemmas were the lack of suitable classroom, time consuming of preparation etc. The research proposed some suggestions for teachers and researchers in the future according to the result of the study.
