Therefore it has been applied to the space of construction. It enable the people enjoy the nice view and the sunshine without going out. Just imagine that the person to stay a room bearing no windows and it must be a very difficult situation to cope. The glass curtain has become the mainstream of exterior wall design nowadays in Taiwan comparing to other materials also being applied to exterior wall design, the glass curtain has a good lighting effect and looks prettier and primary goal is “Energy Saving and Carbon Reduction.”.The issue of global warming has been going on for all these years and also the geographic location where Taiwan is with sub-tropical climate. The air conditioning has become a necessity for everybody. Most of the people spend 90% of their time to be indoor. So the importance of interior environment can barely being ignored. Therefore how we are supposed to maintain a balance point of comfortableness between the glass curtain office building and the airconditioning becomes a subject worth to be studied. The exploration and discussion to the subject of the comfortableness of the air conditioning in an office in tenth floor containing twenty-two people of a ten-floor of glass curtain office building in Hsinchu City. The way of research has adapted the Automatic Sampling Method, ASM, the record of the data observation based on feedback the environmental physical factor by taking advantage of the current central monitoring system in the building, and it also become the parameter for doing the experiment which includes temperature, humidity, CO2 and the speed of wind. Furthermore, to collect the subjective parameters of interviewee's gender, body mass index BMI, clothing, thermal comfort sensitivity, and satisfaction of environmental sensitivity through the method of questionnaire and physical interview the people. Also, to apply the diachronic changing analysis chart to analyze the correlation among parameters and the average temperature of high end, low end, and power consumption. The temperature in the office of the glass curtain building is not adjusted along with the temperature changes outdoors when the average temperature outdoor either high-end or low-end, the average temperature in the office maintain 24.+/-5 degrees and humidity maintain 56+/-5% the CO2 under 500ppm.The analysis results indicated that there is a positive correlation among the temperature,moisture, and CO2 and all the interviewees satisfy the comfortableness in the office through the execution of questionnaires and interview.
