Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立交通大學 === 電子研究所 === 108 === The thesis presents the first multiple physiological detection probe for ischemia muscle monitoring., Combined with the inkjet printing technology to realize K+ and NH4+ sensing electrodes, potassium and ammonia ionic sensors can be fully integrated onto the micromachined temperature and pH sensing probe developed previously. The probe with the characteristics of low-cost and small form factor can exhibit sensing sensitivities of 0.0612 Ω/°C -53.2 mV/pH, 42.5 mV/decade and 37.6 mV/decade for temperature, pH, K+ and NH4+ detection, respectively. Animal models and associated experimental results have validated that the probe can facilitate the simultaneous detections of temperature, pH value, potassium and ammonia concentrations in muscles and help cardiovascular doctors to make an accurate diagnosis for the patients with peripheral arterial occlusive diseases and corresponding symptoms.
