In China, the general salary has not risen for many years, but the housing prices have been rising year by year, and the people's ability to purchase houses has been declining. This study explores the Netherlands, the United Kingdom, Singapore, Hong Kong, France and other countries by literature analysis and comparison. The evolution of multi-national social housing policy, through collecting hundreds of media reports and collecting relevant information, compiled recommendations for quality social housing policies. In recent years, the soaring domestic real estate prices have caused the housing problem to become more and more serious, causing concern of the government and the public. It has exposed the lack of an overall housing policy in China. In the face of the increasingly serious housing problems in China, the housing policy needs to be re-examined!
