Areas for comparison included pre-school education system, primary, junior, higher education system, tertiary education system, and life-long education system. The research used the qualitative research method in this study. As one result of the study, Mongolia has been 5 times revised educational system since 1911, so the research expected to provide some educational reform evidences and strategies for Mongolia’s education reform. Therefore, the results of Mongolia and Taiwan's educational system's compare study provided important data to help the development of Mongolia's education system. The study expected that compare on point out educational systems of similarities and differences traits. The main research results as the followings: Since 2008, Mongolia had to extend the general educational system to a 12 years system like of general education system in the world. Now, in Mongolia has been renewing in educational goals and curriculum contents. Mongolia’s general educational school’s students have to learn 12 years (5 years - primary school, 4 years - middle school and 3 years - high school). Taiwan had been several times revised of the curriculum since 1945. Taiwan’s students have learned 12 years (6 years- elementary school, 3 years- junior school, 3 years-senior high school). Taiwan's educational system's traits were similar to Mongolia's educational system, but several traits were different.
