In addition, I investigated the moderating roles of team interdependence and team emotional intelligence. Using survey data from 149 employees with 38 work teams, I found that team conscientiousness was positively related to team OCB and team performance respectively. Futher, the results indicated that team emotional intelligence moderated the relationship between team conscientiousness and team OCB and team performance respectively. Howeveer, team interdependence only moderated the relationship between team conscientiousness and team OCB. All in all, the fiindinds highlight the role of team conscientiousness in relation to team OCB and team performance and prompte new knowledge on both team composition and team process.
