Many consumers are paying attention to the issue of the health management and set as one of their priorities. At present, due to the rapid development of Internet of Things technology, medical technology is one of the projects that many manufacturers pay attention to. Manufacturers have begun to develop health management and services on the mobile phones and watches. Many consumers also have begun to use the health management mobile devices and services. Due to the variety of mobile devices, the willingness on reusing the devices and services of consumers also become one of the key factors for the development of product. Most of the studies discuss about the consumer intention to use health management mobile devices and services intentions based on Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology 2 (UTAUT2). Or using the Expectation-Confirmation Theory (ECT) to compare the expectation of users before using health management mobile devices and services with their perception after using and develop reuse intention. Neither these two theory have fully discussed about the affection about the reuse intension of consumers on using the health management devices. Therefore, based on Expectation-Confirmation Theory, this study combined Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology 2 to develop the research model. The research results show the following: effort expectancy has not significant and positive influence on confirmation; facilitating conditions has not significant and positive influence on reuse intention; performance expectancy has significant and positive influence on confirmation; hedonic has significant and positive influence on reuse intention; confirmation has significant and positive influence on satisfaction; satisfaction has significant and positive influence on reuse intention; price value has not significant and positive influence on satisfaction and reuse intention; trust has significant and positive moderating influence on the relationship of satisfaction and reuse intention; social influence has significant and positive moderating influence on the relationship of satisfaction and reuse intention; Regarding to the influence factors as discussed before, this study also provide recommendations for research directions and the development of health management devices and services.
