This case explores how leader can influence to resolve employee conflicts that arise during enterprise organizational change. In addition, leader also helped employees to integrate into new organizational forms. When the company or organization in this process, it is often accompanied by changes in the internal and external environment of the organization, as well as the changes in operational models, organizational culture, organizational vision and goals. Under the circumstance of great changes, employees often cannot adapt to the new environment in a short period of time. As a result, it is hard to exert their original abilities. Under such circumstances, Either the organization or the internal staff may faced a painful baptism in this process of change. If not properly handled and dealt with it, some organizations will face internal conflicts. This case method is divided into two parts, including case texts and teaching guidelines. The case description is the real situation and problem. Through case description and research analysis. The teaching guidelines are progressive questions, guiding students to gradually integrate and analyze cases from the case texts, and through case discussions, students can understand the importance of leadership and human resource strategy for organizational development.
