From the past 3G to 4G, and even 5G, different mobile devices such as smart phones and tablets have flourished, which has led to different networks. On the platform, remote real-time monitoring applications, but also need to address cross-platform needs. Progressive Web App (PWA) is a hybrid of web pages or websites and mobile device applications, although it uses Hyper Text Markup Language (HTML) tags, Cascading Style Sheets (CSS), and web pages created by technologies such as JavaScript, with application-like features and Responsive Web Design (RWD) performance. It can be used for different screen resolutions for mobile phones, lithographs and desktop computers. Automatically adjust the best picture to realize instant return of video images of mobile devices by using Web Real-Time Communication (WebRTC), Peer-to-Peer (P2P) communication and WebSocket in HTML5 protocol. Using the QR Code to quickly connect different devices for simple and fast application purposes, and this system does not need to be installed or other applications, just use a WebRTC-capable browser to provide users with more convenient instant.
