This study takes the M&A behavior of multiple cases as the research object, and deeply explores the development process of the related network of M&A activities. This study is based on the dynamic ability of M&A enterprise, through the secondary data for qualitative analysis, and finally based on the theoretical background. The application of the enterprise in implementing the M&A structure. Therefore, this study uses the NodeXL analysis tool to use the disassembled good motivation project, and gives weighted averages to different weights in order, and obtains the degree of the enterprise's M&A network. Through this analysis, the research aims that the motives and resource exchanges generated in the mergers and acquisitions are linked to the dynamic capabilities, which are all using the operation of existing resources to enable enterprises to achieve higher economies of scale and improve overall operational performance. To enable enterprises to become the biggest beneficiaries of the market in a competitive environment.
