Summary: | 碩士 === 元智大學 === 社會暨政策科學學系 === 107 === This study is mainly to explore the implement of innovative teaching integrated into children's character education. By using qualitative research, literature analysis and in-depth interviews as the main source of data collection. The research participants include case-based non-profit kindergartens director, three teachers, three public kindergarten teachers, one retired teacher and one professor of character education research in a non-profit kindergarten in Taoyuan City. The purpose of this study is to understand the influencing factors of character education through in-depth interviews, and exploring ways to implement innovative teaching strategies. In the research process, find out the influence and effect of the integration of character education on young children, and explore the mutual application and integration of different teaching strategies. In the end, this study proposes to improve the results of children's character education.
Based on the research results, the paper draws the following conclusions:
First, the integration of innovative teaching into children's character education can effectively improve the effectiveness of character education. However, family education and social environment should be integrated into the curriculum, so that schools, families and society can work together to enhance the implementation of character education.
Second, the implementation of innovative teaching helps young children to improve their understanding of character. In addition to the guidance of school education, it is also necessary to cooperate with behavioral practices in life in order to internalize the core of character into the hearts of young children and become their personal values and judgment criteria.
Third, the use of innovative teaching strategies needs to be adjusted in line with the ability of young children to make teaching strategies work effectively and enhance character education in substance.
Finally, based on the research results, the researchers proposed suggestions for teaching practice, government policy, and future research.
