Summary: | 碩士 === 元智大學 === 工業工程與管理學系 === 107 === Nowadays, energy takes very important role. The lights in house, cooking, and air conditioner, etc… all need electricity. However, the sources of electricity, like natural gas, coal fuel, will all cause certain extent of air pollution problem. Thus, solar power is a good alternative as it causes less environmental impact which is also more efficient than other renewable energies. It’s the reason solar energy has been treated as one of important methods of new power generation. To make solar energy getting more popular and invested by more families and industries, one of important point is how to decrease the total installation and generation electricity costs. This will rely on continuous optimizations of material technology and production management.
This research will aim at the main parts of key material of solar energy and improvement of defect ratio. Among them, as lamination process takes longer than others, and the key material- EVA (ethylene- vinyl acetate copolymer) has been produced Cross-linking curing reaction after process heating and pressure, which cannot rework. So as long as the EVA is found delaminated or bubbled issues after module lamination pressure, the only way is to scrap, which will seriously affect production cost.
This research takes EVA delamination defect ratio as experiment subject to use DOE(Design of Experiment) , make sure first chamber pressure temperature, second step pressure time, lamination process are the key factors of EVA delamination. Take better factor combination will make sure improve physically EVA delamination defect ratio.
