碩士 === 元智大學 === 工業工程與管理學系 === 107 === With the adjustment of the organizational type of the enterprise, the government-owned enterprise has been transformed into a private or legal person. The company's operating model has been changed from the annual budget to the self-financing model. In order to maintain the profit in the business model after the organization transformation, how to control the cost of the product is the key, and the material procurement cost is a vital important part. The procurement department has been changed from the passive support model to proactively providing procurement information and conducting procurement research. Therefore, effective evaluation and performance indicators of procurement activities will serve as an essential basis for company decision-makers to determine procurement strategies. Besides, the auxiliary matching and immediacy of the MIS also affect the reduction of the company's procurement costs and the correctness of the procurement strategy. The procurement information system can promote the availability of internal resources to optimize applications. This study will research how to establish key procurement performance indicators that are consistent with the organizational characteristics, and analyze the system requirements for MIS of procurement so that people can improve or control the information of performance indicators accurately, and provide reference basis for policy management for business management and decision makers, thereby enhancing the market competitive advantage of the organization.
