The research suggests that different types of brain stroke indeed lead to pronounced differences-the medical expenses of are reduced about $48,384 NTD than the hemorrhagic cost in total-in statistics. From the 1st to 5th level of MRS, the substantial differences are also found in the MRS among medical expenses and days of hospitalization. Every level rises in MRS will increases about $9,617 NTD of medical expenses and 0.41 days of hospitalization. The numbers of diagnosis have make pronounced differences in utilization of medical resources and days of hospitalization. There will be increases of $5,451 NTD medical expenses and 0.81 days. According to the research, it suggests that it will be helpful for stages of implementation of Tw-DRGs if we control the utilization of medical resources about head strokes appropriately. DRGs are classified as parcel payment, and it has complementary effect. Overall, the four sets of tentative payment of medical resources in DRG we got were in the properly scope. It will make the Tw-DRGs payment system more perfect if we subdivide the MRS into smaller degrees and give same disease different repayment. Bang-Han Chiu 丘邦翰 2019 學位論文 ; thesis 47 zh-TW |
