In this research, the UTAUT model is used to explore the affecting factors of using cloud performance management system for chain service industry staffs with different background variables. The research results show that the efforts to expect is significantly impact on the willingness to use. It means that the use willingness of the cloud performance management system is affected by ease of use, system complexity and operational simplicity. In addition, the favorable condition is significantly impact on the willingness to use.
