Especially in air-conditioned rooms, viruses and bacteria are more likely to breed, and enter the body through breathing and skin mucous membranes, which not only affects the health of indoor nursing staff in the blood donation room, but also indirectly affects blood quality and blood safety of blood transfusion. In this study, the Andersen six-stage viable sampler was used to collect biological aerosols. The concentration of fungi and bacteria in the air in four different blood donation chambers in a blood donation center in the north was investigated. The biogas adhesive concentration of different particle sizes in the sampling site environments; and the impact assessment of environmental factors such as the number of indoor activities, environmental temperature and humidity. The results showed that the average concentration of microorganisms obtained from MEA and TSA medium in A1-A4 blood collection area and rest area were 100, 145, 165 and 190 CFU/m3, respectively. The sampling results of the six-stage viable sampler showed that the number of microorganisms collected in the six sampling apertures with biogas gel range of 1.1~4.7μm is the most from six sampling apertures .The total average of fungal concentration in the A1-A4 blood collection area was 176, 71, 37 and 176/35 CFU/m3.And the total average of bacterial concentration was 35, 193, 118 ,and 165/59 CFU/m3.
