Many new teams and competitions have appeared one after another. But behind the success, it also shows Taiwan’s long-standing baseball problem. In Taiwan's amateur baseball environment, only key schools or social teams can get enough resources and support. But there are many clubs with a community nature who can only practice hard at the school playground or at the open space. Not even a coach with professional knowledge can train. At present, many secondary school teams are coached by non-baseball speciality sports teachers. Not only the progress of the players is limited, but also the injury due to lack of knowledge and experience. It can be seen that there is still a lot of space in Taiwan’s grass roots baseball development. This business plan book hopes to find a solution to the baseball problem in Taiwan through a training environment similar to the cram school. In Japan, whether it is an indoor baseball field or an off-campus course , it is very common, but Taiwan’s promotion is relatively slow. Especially concentrated in New Taipei City area. Therefore, I decided to set up a baseball classroom centered in Taichung. T2 Baseball Technology Training Center is a technology-oriented training space. It mainly provides pitching, swinging, defensive technical classes and physical classes, as well as rentals for free space. Through professional knowledge and venue services, T2 Baseball Technology Training Center can contact the needs of secondary school teams or social teams. This plan is based on "providing certainty for uncertain baseball". Introduce scientific and data-based training instruments in indoor venues to reduce uncertainties including weather, misunderstanding and subjectivity. And through market analysis and strategic planning to establish a combination of marketing to expand the acceptance of baseball courses in Taiwan, the long-term national ball really deep into our life. Create a sport of national baseball.
