Many new teams and competitions have appeared one after another. But behind the success, it also shows Taiwan’s long-standing baseball problem. In Taiwan's amateur baseball environment, only key schools or social teams can get enough resources and support. But there are many clubs with a community nature who can only practice hard at the school playground or at the open space. Not even a coach with professional knowledge can train. At present, many secondary school teams are coached by non-baseball speciality sports teachers. Not only the progress of the players is limited, but also the injury due to lack of knowledge and experience. It can be seen that there is still a lot of space in Taiwan’s grass roots baseball development.
This business plan book hopes to find a solution to the baseball problem in Taiwan through a training environment similar to the cram school. In Japan, whether it is an indoor baseball field or an off-campus course , it is very common, but Taiwan’s promotion is relatively slow. Especially concentrated in New Taipei City area. Therefore, I decided to set up a baseball classroom centered in Taichung. T2 Baseball Technology Training Center is a technology-oriented training space.
