Taiwan has formulated a policy vision of "a nuclear-free homeland in 2025" to achieve our energy transformation goal. To achieve the goal of greenhouse gas reduction, it is urgent to develop a green economy and green industries. Renewable energy such as solar photovoltaic and wind power generation is the main promotion type.
However, in order to promote the rapid development and growth of renewable energy industries such as offshore wind power and solar photovoltaics in the short term, the funds required are quite large. Therefore, it also drives the rapid expansion of the green bond market. How to make good use of green financial instruments to promote the development of domestic green energy industry is an important issue.
The purpose of this study is to explore global green trends, starting with green investment, green financing and green bonds. By exploring the practices and experiences of advanced national policies, we will understand the evolution of international norms, green policies and economic indicators, and the overview of financial goods and services provided by green financial institutions, and we can go on to analyze the international policies of green finance.
In-depth analysis of the current situation and prospects of Taiwan's development of green finance from international experience, reviewing the current status and predicament of the development of Taiwan's green energy industry, researching and developing policy recommendations for the development of Taiwan 's green energy industry financial support measures, and guiding long-term funds by completing a green financial foundation.
Invest in green projects, solve industrial financing dilemmas, build a green financial ecosystem, cooperate with sustainable development policies and financial related regulations, and establish green financial policies to assist enterprises, renewable energy industries and financial institutions in responding to the business opportunities of national policy transformation, and more.
