Prior to June 16, 2015, the rules for students working part-time on the Taiwan campus. Only a few cases can be judged as workers and then they need to participate in labor insurance. Beginning June 17, 2015, students defined as part-time work on campus must comply with labor insurance regulations.
The university has taken some countermeasures to alleviate the dispute. For example, identifying employment and non-employment positions, limiting student jobs and reducing employment.
Finally, this study shows that for students working part-time on campus, special treatment for small workers can be used in the “University Law” or the “Labor Insurance Law”.
