It is necessary to explore the differences of current states and related circumstances among learning satisfaction, internship satisfaction and future approaches of those students. The purposes of this study were (1) to explore the current situation of learning satisfaction and off-campus internship satisfaction among technical high school students in rotary cooperative education, (2) to discover the differences between learning satisfaction and off-campus internship satisfaction among technical high school students with different backgrounds in rotary cooperative education, (3) to analyze learning satisfaction in different future approaches among technical high school students in rotary cooperative education, (4) to examine off-campus internship satisfaction in different future approaches among technical high school students in rotary cooperative education and (5) to study the related circumstances between learning satisfaction and off-campus internship satisfaction among technical high school students in rotary cooperative education. The study applied document analysis and questionnaire survey methods, using learning satisfaction scale, internship satisfaction scale and future approach scale of related research papers as research tools. A total of 129 questionnaires were distributed to students of technical high schools in rotary cooperative education program in Yunlin county, and 100 valid questionnaires were returned, resulting in a return rate of 77.52%. The collected data were analyzed by statistic methods including descriptive analysis, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson’s correlation analysis etc. To students of technical high schools in rotary cooperative education in Yunlin, the study resulted in the following: 1. The degree of learning satisfaction is good, in which the “teachers’ teaching” aspect got highest score, followed by “school curriculum”, “career guidance and counseling”, “basic training course” and “administrative (school) measure respectively, and the “school environment and equipment” aspect got lowest score. 2. The degree of “internship satisfaction” is good, in which the “learning result” aspect got the highest score, followed by “training course”, “peer mentoring”, “administrative (manufactory) measure”, “salary and benefit” and “internship environment” respectively, and the “pre-employment training” aspect got the lowest score. The first-year students performed better than those who are in the third year and the second year in learning outcome, and the third-year students scored higher than the second-year ones. 3. There is no significant difference of the current states between learning satisfaction and differential approaches in the future among students. 4. There is no significant difference of the current states between internship satisfaction and differential approaches in the future among students. 5. The learning satisfaction is highly correlated with the internship satisfaction among students. There are median correlations among each level of these two aspects. According to the results, the study put forward some suggestions for skill-based senior high school authority, teachers and employers who is joining the cooperative education program.
