This study links the systematic accident investigation to ISO45001. It’s providing institutions with clear identification of root causes through investigation techniques, and assist them to learn from accidents. In addition, this study has established a Practical Information Platform for Occupational Accident Investigation Techniques to improve the effectiveness of implementation. This study will use the multimedia technology to establish an information website to help institutions establish inspection, corrective measures and applied them to the occupational safety and health management system. Use Dreamweaver for web design and CS6 version application to established a Practical Information Platform for Occupational Accident Investigation Techniques. the survey method provides a causal relationship between different events in order to seek improvement measures. Finally, the use of Google forms to count the use of the website. The information website has a variety of survey methods and application forms and case templates, including a complete systemic accident investigation method, which allows users to learn preventive measures before the accident occurs, and strengthen hazard identification, risk assessment and risk management content. Ability to establish root causes and write and read incident reports to improve the defect of management systems. The results of this research are to accomplish the established of the Practical Information Platform for Occupational Accident Investigation Techniques , to help users build the basic content of accident reports and write accident reports, let users understand the working methods of system accident investigation and ISO45001, and by The 4E3C model develops preventive measures and performs tracking management to prevent similar incidents from recurring.
