The way to find the internal coding of each component and its matching position information, and according to the internal coding of the component, find the corresponding amount of material used in the correspondding coded component in the Excel table of the corresponding floor. The twoparty data is manually entered into a specific format of Excel, and the steps of arranging the component data are completed, so that the component data can be read by the ProjectMate project management system. Last couple years,technology of building information model BIM (Building Information Model) has gradually matured. The application of BIM data type is the basis of componentoriented transfer of relevant data. This study combines BIM and engineering management information database ProjectMate via Autodesk. The Revit model is imported into the visual programming language application software Dynamo to find the relative position of each component relative to the original point of the project, and then use the visual programming language application software Dynamo to retrieve the specific information of the component, and It is the subject of this research to output the location information of the model component and other component related information in a specific format instead of the way that it takes a lot of effort to organize the component.
