It adopts a case study with qualitative method to interview business operator’s corporate social responsibility in the past, and analyzes the impact of participation in corporate social responsibility on business operations. The results show that among the four types of corporate social responsibility, charity responsibility is the main corporate social responsibility of the company. The person in charge of the enterprise is mainly influenced by the religion when implementing corporate social responsibility, such as morality and Yi Jing. Therefore, the business operator is willing to work hard and make happiness, and positioning his company in a conscience enterprise, and it is very important to the food industry. At the same time, because of the power of altruism, he has met many noble people who helped the company to flourish and promotes the sustainable development and growth of the company.
