Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立雲林科技大學 === 電機工程系 === 107 === Automated production technology is the foundation of smart manufacturing. Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) is the core of automated production technology. Meanwhile, PLC integrates with human-machine interface to achieve humanized control operations. Recently, PLC has been widely used in industry. The development of PLC textbooks can improve the effectiveness of learning automation control technology. This thesis composed basic and applied course materials for Mitsubishi Q series PLC. The content goes from easy to difficult and develops the complete application concept and practical operation skills of PLCs in a step-by-step manner. It can provide the core course of learning automation control technology. In the thesis, the Mitsubishi Q series PLC is used to program the teaching modules of automatic storage, servo motor positioning, analog signal to digital signal (A/D converter) and digital signal to analog signal (D/A converter). Integrating PLC with Mitsubishi GOT1000 human-machine interface, control the storage mechanism platform, servo motor operation, A/D, D/A switch and various monitoring systems through human-machine interface. This thesis provided learners to learn various functions step by step, and then learnt how to plan the architecture of the automatic storage system according to the requirements of the production line through some experimental units. Integrate with the previously verified single functions to complete the system design and functional verification in this thesis.
