Summary: | 碩士 === 國立雲林科技大學 === 財務金融系 === 107 === The labor market of insurance business is marked as having high employee turnover.At the same time, the insurance companies emphasize customer service and the high employee turnover may cause the low retention rate of insurance and high operating cost.Therefore, how to reduce employee turnover through employee training program is an important issue for insurance industry.This study uses the sample of Sanshang Meibang Life Insurance and Nanshan Life Insurance to conduct the analysis.Our results show that higher training expenses relates to higher employee stability and performance.
