In particular, there are more and more consumers who prefer to use online shopping. For the diversification of shopping needs, logistics companies must turn off the goods. In addition to the quality and quantity, as well as the cost control within the company, as well as the product to the consumer, the timeliness of this process is also important, and the logistics company can maximize profits. This study explores the differences in the operating performance of Taiwans listed cabinet logistics companies and analyzes the reasons that affect the companys operating efficiency. In this study, 18 logistics companies in Taiwan were selected as the evaluated units. The network data envelopment analysis (NDEA) was applied during the research period from 2015 to 2017, and the internal operations of the logistics companies were divided into “operations” and The two phases of "finance" are analyzed. Finally, the two phases are combined to analyze the total efficiency and evaluate the efficiency of Taiwans logistics companies. Based on past relevant literature, this paper selects the total assets, fixed assets, number of employees, and operating expenses as input items in the operation stage. The non-operating income is the output item in the operation stage. The net operating income is the two-stage intermediate item, the net value per share, Market capitalization and earnings per share are output items in the financial stage. The empirical results of this study, if the performance value of good performance is defined as 0.8 to 1, including: (1) operational efficiency: up to 9 logistics companies have performed well for three consecutive years. (2) Financial efficiency: Compared with operational efficiency, only a few of the financial efficiency performed well. (3) Total efficiency: DMU3, DMU13, DMU14, a total of three logistics companies performed well. For less efficient logistics companies, this study suggests increasing fixed assets and reducing pollutants. The government subsidizes logistics companies that help improve the environment.
