Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立雲林科技大學 === 工業設計系 === 107 === Product designers often use different tactile perceptions to explain the importance of materials and shapes. Obviously, in some cases, it is better to feel the product characteristics through touch than through vision. A product contains many elements, and how designers make good use of these product characteristics to enhance their value in the minds of consumers is very important and can not be neglected. Therefore, the value degree of 3C products under tactile perception has become the first item to be discussed in this study. When people use products, they will feel their product characteristics, which include function, shape, appearance and so on. Feeling the characteristics of a product is nothing more than perceiving through vision and touch. At this time, we can indirectly feel the value of the product. When the bright-eyed person can analyze the value of the product through tactile perception under the condition of no vision, the product value under tactile perception can be clearly displayed. In this study, by touching the material quality and edge shape of 3C products, to explore whether these two factors will affect the value of their products. The experiment is divided into two parts, one is the analysis of material quality and the other is the value of edge shaping. In the experiment, the subjects felt the difference in tactile value by touching the sample and ranked the value level. Subjects then assessed tactile perception through questionnaires. Finally, through the analysis results, we can understand the relative relationship between people's tactile perception and product value. The results show that: 1) The tactile value of metallic materials is significantly higher than that of other materials, while the tactile value of silica gel is lower. 2) The texture is a good material factor, texture and product value are related and influential. 3) The difference of product edge shape has more influence on the judgment of the tactile value of men and women than the background of the department. 4) The design of rounded and chamfered corners of a product is very important for students of different disciplines and the shape angle is the same, but the size of the cut angle is different, which will affect the degree of tactile value. 5) The angle is too large or sharp, the tactile value is relatively low, and the guide angle is more obvious. Compared with the guide angle, the rounded angle has a higher evaluation. 6) Proper design of rounded corners and guide angles is helpful to enhance the tactile value of the product. The results are helpful to the extension of product shape edge design in the future and can be used as a reference for product design-related research.
