Additionally, through the perspectives and methods of ICT smart technology, it is meant to explore the experience feeling of the social interaction in communities and the contact points of health service. Therefore, it is helpful for the elderly in communities to expand social network with health conditions improved and the goals of successful aging reachable. The study is divided into two phases, namely the & quot; preliminary study & quot; and the & quot main study & quot; Through the surveys on scientific literatures and current situations, the needs and expectations for social interactive experience among the elderly in communities are summarized. Also, the social experience of communities and typical characteristics are defined to make the key factors of interactive experience obtainable and clearly determine the directions for social experience and service design. Thereafter, the & quot;mainly study & quot; is further subdivided into content planning and experience surveys. In visual ways, service processes are demonstrated to make planning for the contents of service design. The efficacy for the social interaction and health of the elderly in communities when they are experiencing service processes are observed. Community stakeholders are invited for assessment to confirm the effectiveness and revision for the design proposals of community service. Through the integration of service blueprints, community needs, feelings, experience gaps and service systems, overall analysis results are obtained. The social interaction experience and service design processes suitable for the elderly in communities are proposed. It is expected that the design of service processes established in this study can be served as the reference for social experience in similar community organizations, service providers and the elderly in communities in the future. Therefore, it is available to improve the overall life quality in communities, together with the social skills and health conditions among the elderly in communities.
