By reviewing the important areas of the company's "business management", we explored issues related to business management and legal disputes that were discussed and discussed after the company started its business. First of all, this article sorts out the related research on the development of relevant theory over time, and the development of academic research in the interweaving of social and economic development, science and technology and innovation. Subsequently, before entering the management and legal dispute analysis, this article will explain the history, current situation, needs and future trends of the dentist-to-home service. Next, this paper selects the appropriate theory as the basis for inquiry, deconstructs the detailed structure of the dentist-to-home service platform business model, and analyzes how the dentist-to-home service platform uses the means and methods to match the customer layer of the bilateral market in the form of a bilateral platform. Then create value. After that, based on the analysis of the business model and value creation of the dentist-to-home service platform, this paper starts from the superior concept of the legal system and discusses in depth whether the legal disputes that the case company is currently facing in Taiwan are indeed controversial, or only It is a fake issue that creates panic and opposition. In conclusion, this article believes that the dentist's home service platform does have the privacy protection of the platform members and the tax issues are indeed controversial. In addition, when the Taiwanese government faces the impact of new technology and new industries, it seems to be biased towards the phenomenon that the existing industry players give too much protection and do not think about review and reform. Therefore, this paper believes that apart from the need to correct the business model and strategy of the dentist-to-home service platform, the government lacks the Internet and the new technology special agency to integrate the relevant dispute discussion mechanism, and consider issues such as the revision of the law. . In this paper, the research findings will enable the government to respond more quickly and more deeply to the future of the country's overall social environment in the face of more new technologies in the future to bridge the gap between existing industries and break the existing thinking.
