Due to the hard-working life style, there has been a consequence occurred; people start to feel stressful and their bodies to show and may have suffered from different kinds disordered symptoms physically, mentally and even psychically. Mentally and Psychically, people start to feel anxious and worries and may full of anxiety; also, they may feel and want unconsciously and unintentionally to attach other to let out of their stress sometimes. Physically, they may feel their tardy body function, headaches and even stomachaches and all kinds of aches as well. They have realized those above illnesses or symptoms have come from their life stress which may be balanced by having some fun or social life through bars as well.
The place “bar” had started from the western world, “bar” also may have started from Taiwan during the Korean War. Bar is a place that provides people to have relaxing area for people to chit chatting and it also an important place to let people to have connection and build people’s well relationship after whole day’s hard-working. This study – 98 City Bar - is an example that I, as an owner, have tries to understand more of how bar would affect consumer behaviors, influences may have brought after consuming in the bar and in what degree they may take away their uncomfortable feelings through bar. The business style that City 98 has is providing all kinds of alcohol drinks, KTV and causal dinning. City 98 also provides the atmosphere for consumers who come here to consume to have a place to have their mood changed (transformation) from hard-working day, proper interaction and communication with others and KTV as their leisure activities so far to let go of their daily life and working stress.
This is a qualitative analysis study and the study of our target objects would be studied by the method called in-depth interviews. More specifically, the study would be focused on the after consuming in the bar, would those consumer’s feeling and stress have released physically, mentally and even psychically. Moreover, the results of this study also have suggested by those bar consumers, such as providing pure piano bar on the first floor, adding more options of dinning for them to choose and even have diversified management style, such as wine restaurant per se.
