Most of the administrators will hire a private security company to perform security protection against theft, fire, and disaster prevention according to their business. The security personnel will play an important role in the initial stage of the disaster. According to the survey of this study, it was found that: First, in terms of regulations: familiarity with apartment building management regulations has the highest familiarity rate (0.46), while the familiarity with civil law is obviously lower (0.20). Second, in the fire knowledge: familiar with the fire prevention work has the highest familiar rate (0.50), and the familiarity rate of the emergency rescue and fire protection plan is obviously low (0.32). Third, in terms of fire fighting skills: the portable fire extinguisher has the highest familiarity rate (0.76), while the familiarity rate of the building sprinkler equipment strain handling and the building self-defense firefighting group content is obviously lower (0.26). The survey results show that is a general lack of projects for firefighting in security personnel, and in the future arrangements, education and training can be strengthened for projects with lower familiarity rates.
