There are historical stories of lonely soldiers, diverse and multi-ethnic foods, and a splendid culture of ethnic minorities. The local ethnic minorities have developed a restaurant belonging to the exotic Yunnan Burma Thai culture, the food has brought Long-gang to the grand local special event -- Long-Gang Ricenoodle Festival. Therefore, how to improve service quality and improve consumer satisfaction to promote tourism development has become an important issue. The purpose of this study is to explore the cultural experience, service quality and overall satisfaction of consumers after eating in exotic cultural restaurants, and to find out the relevance of cultural experience, service quality and satisfaction. In this study, the subject of culture experience of exotic food underwriters as the main questionnaire survey, sent a total of 500 questionnaires, a total of 479 effective samples were retrieved, the effective recovery rate of 95.80%, the data obtained using SPSS 21 statistical software for data processing and analysis, statistical methods include descriptive statistics, Cross analysis, Reliability analysis, Pearson Correlation and multiple regression analysis were used to test their hypotheses.
