The researchers used the qualitative research method, and the three research tools were the researcher itself, the curriculum satisfaction survey questionnaire and the in-depth interview outline.Firstly, we read the literature and compile the questionnaire and interview outline of the "Senior Desk Game Satisfaction Survey Research", and then invite the senior teachers in the school to conduct an expert review of the questionnaire and the interview outline, examine the content of the questionnaire and the appropriateness of the interview outline, and study They also made corrections to the opinions provided by the experts.Then, the 10-week table games course was introduced, and eight table games were introduced, including "Lami, Jumping Monkey Fight, Super Rhino, Quick Stack, Competitive Stack, Big Two, Blush, and Seven."At the end of the course, a questionnaire survey was conducted among 18 middle-aged and older people who participated in the table games course, and 8 middle-aged people were invited to conduct in-depth interviews.Finally, based on the questionnaire and interview content, the data is collected, analyzed and summarized. The main findings of this study are to activate brain power and prevent dementia as the main motivation for middle-aged people to participate in table games. Second,the recommendation of friends is the main reason for middle-aged people to try to play table games. Third, the curriculum design must maintain flexibility and multi-sensory learning. Fourth, the course time is extended to two hours is better. Repeating the same table game for five or two weeks can help deepen your impression. Based on the above research results, the researchers made recommendations on the three aspects of the seniority center, board games instructors and future research.
