Using the questionnaire survey method, a total of 415 valid questionnaires were collected at the competition site on October 14, 2018, and. For the organizer and the local government to assess whether the event shall continue to be held, the Input Output Analysis (I-O Analysis) and the Travel Cost Method (TCM) were applied, and the tangible and intangible economic benefits of the event are estimated as follows. 1.The tangible economic benefits of the event, as estimated by the I-O Analysis, showed that the output effect of the participants was NTD 174,669,912, the input effect was NTD 57,571,402, and the employment was 84 people. 2.The intangible economic benefits of the event, estimated by the TCM, showed that the overall intangible economy is NTD 213,649,600, which is significantly higher than the tangible economic benefits. 3.Based on the breakdown of the various industries of the I-O Analysis, the output, input and employment increase of the " Accommodation and Food Service Activities" and " Wholesale and Retail Trade " have actually contributed to the local economy.
