Based on a questionnaire survey, the object of this study is general students from public elementary school in Taipei City of the 2018 academic year. Using the “Attitudes and Learning Satisfaction towards Physical Education of Elementary School Students in Taipei City Questionnaire Survey”, a total of 607 questionnaires were issued and 554 valid questionnaires were obtained. The effective recovery rate of the questionnaire was 91.27%. In this study, SPSS 20.0 For Windows was used for data and statistical analysis. The results of the study show that: 1. Positive attitudes and good learning satisfaction toward physical education of elementary school students in Taipei City. 2. Among the various factors for stuednts’ attitueds, the highest level of recognition is “cognition”, followed by “affection” and the lowest “behavior intention”. As to the learning satisfaction, the highest level of recongnition are “teachers’s teaching” and “peer relationships”, followed by “sports facilityies”, and the lowest “school administrative” 3. In the “gender”, “grade”, “whether attending sports club”, and “days of physical activity other than physical education classes per week” of background variables for elementary school students’ attitudes toward physical education, all of these factors have significant differences. 4. In the “gender”, “grade”, “whether attending sports club”, and “days of physical activity other than physical education classes per week” of background variables for elementary school learning satisfaction toward physical education, all of these factors have significant differences. 5.
