Summary: | 碩士 === 臺北市立大學 === 競技運動訓練研究所碩士在職專班 === 107 === Purpose: The purpose of this study is to observe the recruitment of 24 players from the 4 teams of the Chinese Taipei Professional Baseball League in 2014-2018 (Unified 7-ELEVEn Lion, Fubang Jun, CITIC Brothers, LAMIGO Taoyuan) who have played whether or not to non-employment a personal fitness coach to influence the situation. The results obtained may be able to provide an indicator of future specific training reference.
Methods: This research method showed that the rate of hit, the number of long hits, the hit index, and the silver of the respondents' data and basic data were analyzed by Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS 17.0) statistical software through the official website of Chinese Taipei Professional Baseball League (Unified 7-ELEVEn lion, Fubang Yijian, CITIC Brothers, LAMIGO Taoyuan), and collected relevant research journals, papers and other related literature reviewing, then observe the fielders who served as fielders in Chinese Taipei Professional Baseball League during the tournaments in 2014-2018, The objective is 24 fielders who stay on level-A if they non-employmentd individual personal fitness coaches and have not non-employmentd individual personal fitness coaches, Finally, summarized the data and analyzed for differences.
Results: Through the official website of Chinese Taipei Professional Baseball League in 2014-2018, shows the hit rate data if non-employment a special personal fitness coach. The results are as follows:
1. In 2014, the hit rate was 0.289 ± 0.027, and the non-employment was 0.258 ± 0.033.
2. In 2015, the hit rate was 0.327 ± 0.04, and no non-employment was 0.287 ± 0.031.
3. In 2016, the hit rate was 0.326 ± 0.058, and no non-employment was 0.281 ± 0.069.
4. In 2017, the hit rate was 0.286 ± 0.044, and no non-employment was 0.25 ± 0.47.
5. In 2018, the hit rate in 2018 was 0.302 ± 0.034, and the non-employment is 0.255 ± 0.04.
6. The average hit rate for the period of five-years (2014-2018) was 0.306 ± 0.411 and the non-employment was 0.267 ± 0.44. There was a significant correlation between the rate of hiring and non-employment (p<0.05).
Conclusion: There is no significant difference in the analysis of whether there is a personal fitness coach in the single-year period between 2014 -2018. But There was a significant correlation between the rate of hiring and non-employment (p<.05) in the past five years.
