Summary:碩士 === 臺北市立大學 === 心理與諮商學系心理與諮商教學碩士學位班 === 107 === Abstract This study aimed at the counseling administrator teachers’ viewpoints on investigating current status, conflicts, solutions, and expect between counseling administrator teachers with counseling teachers at elementary schools. By interview, we hope to show the cooperation modes between counseling administrator teachers with counseling teachers faithfully. The results obtained are as follows: I. The current status of system collaboration between counseling administrator teachers with counseling teachers consist of: voluntary individual, consultations between parents and teachers, guidance programs, group counseling, crisis client, and cooperation with special education. II. The conflicts between counseling administrator teachers with counseling teachers at elementary schools in Taipei City consist of: workload, professional knowledge, organization environment. Workload consist of: administration support, workload increased, work of overlap, coherence of work. Professional knowledge consist of: administration intervention, difference of opinion, counseling teachers lack of pedagogical knowledge, counseling teachers lack of special education knowledge. Organization environment consist of: duty change. III. The solutions of conflicts between counseling administrator teachers with counseling teachers at elementary schools in Taipei City consist of: workload, professional knowledge, organization environment. Workload consist of: discussion meeting, exchange of work content, assignments, active assistance and taking responsibilities. Professional knowledge consist of: administrative discretionary, instruction, respect of profession. Organization environment consist of: duty planning, system link, introduce resources, experience inheritance. IV. The expect of system collaboration between counseling administrator teachers with counseling teachers at elementary schools in Taipei City can be categorized into three types. In terms of counseling administrator teachers consist of: communication, having empathy expression, serve as coordinators. In terms of counseling teachers consist of: positive attitude, kindness with people. In terms of system consist of: human resource selection, clear duty, pre-service education.
