Summary: | 碩士 === 臺北市立大學 === 音樂學系 === 107 === This research had presented the development of related doctoral dissertations and master’s thesis of music creation instruction in Taiwan between 1993 and 2018. On the basis of the self-edited “content of music creation instruction in Taiwan related research thesis registered form”, this paper had analyzed 147 papers about music creation instruction. All of these papers, there are 39 papers about elementary school music creation instruction. Statistical analysis were categorize into research topics, research participants, research method, teaching method, creative contents, creative medium, creative form, instructional evaluation and learning outcome.
The following are conclusions:
1.Among 147 Taiwan’s music creation instruction research papers, the publications had increased in the 94th academic year, and reached its maximum in the 97th academic year. National Tainan University had the most amounts of papers concerning this topic. The major sources of dissertations for school categories were teacher’s colleges and the department of music poblished 110 papers.
2.The main research topic was “curriculum design” and “music behavior”. The “curriculum design” is based on the multi-disciplinary approach﹔and the “music behavior” is based on the assessment of students’ learning outcomes.
3.The main research participants were “elementary school students”, “books” and “junior high school students”. The “elementary school students” had the largest number of students in the third stage of elementary school﹔and the “books” are based on the textbooks of the elementary school.
4.The main research method was “action research”, “content analysis” and “experimental research”. The “action research” is based on the elementary school students﹔and the “content analysis” is based on the textbooks.
5.The main teaching method was “Orff-Schulwerk” and “cooperative learning strategies”.
6.The main creative contents were “arrangement of rhythm card”, “designation of scale melody”, “non-designation of harmony”.
7.The main creative form was “composition”, and using “designation of scale melody”﹔The second main creative form was “improvisation”, and using “arrangement of rhythm card”﹔The third main creative form was “arrangement”, and using “designation of rhythm melody”.
8.The main creative medium was “recorder ceation”, and using “melody creation”﹔The second main creative medium was “text creation”, and using “rhythm creation”﹔The third main creative medium was “notation creation”, and using “melody creation”.
9.The main instruction evaluation was “performance evaluation”, “learning sheet” and “rating scale”.
10.The relationship between “teaching method, creative medium, creative form and instructional evaluation” and “creative contents”. The main creative contents were “arrangement of rhythm card”, “designation of scale melody”, “non-designation of harmony”.
11.The main learning outcome in the second and third stage of elementary school were promoting students’ learning motivation.
Finally, based on the research results, the researcher would make certain suggestions for research references for music creation researchers.
