The popularity of social software has affected our lives, and it has also affected the way people interact with each other.This study adopted in-depth interview method and obtained research materials from the respondents. 10 interviewees were invited for individual interviews.This study mainly explores the LINE user’s behavior, self-disclosure and interpersonal relationship of the sixth grade elementary school students. The results are summarized as follows: 1. Students use LINE APP for about thirty to sixty minutes per day. 2. The main reasons for students to use LINE APP are "All friends surrounded are using it.", "It’s convenient to contact others.", "social function.", texts, stickers and emoticons”,”homework discussion”and “save phone bill”. 3. Students often chat on LINE with their friends about attitudes and opinions, interests, studies and personality. But they do not discuss about the issues about money and body. 4.People often interact with others through the three needs of affection, inclusion and control;and then perform different interpersonal behaviors to build relationships with others. Based on the results of this study, the recommendations are only provided for the teachers, parents and the future researchers. 1. Students will not use LINE for a long time every day. LINE APP can also be a tool to help students with time-limited. 2. Students often chat with their good friends and communicate with others with LINE APP. Through it, we can understand what our students think about and keep our relationship much closer. 3. Through LINE APP, students are influenced by the needs of affection, inclusion and control. It is recommended that teachers can enhance the friendships and connections between classmates by setting up LINE groups.
