Summary: | 碩士 === 臺北市立大學 === 人文藝術學院國民小學教師在職進修公民與社會教學碩士學位班 === 107 === This study discusses the relationships among egoism, altruism and innovative work behavior. By questionnaire survey, this study investigates the teachers of the elementary schools in New Taipei City and collects 422 respondents. According to the empirical survey, the statistical results are as follows:(1) Innovative work behaviors are not statistically significant difference by teachers’ demographic characteristics. (2) There are positive relationships between egoism, altruism and innovative work behavior. (3) Altruism and egoism are positively associated to the innovative work behavior simultaneously, and the influence of egoism to the innovative work behavior is greater than altruism. For enhancing teachers’ innovative work behavior and teaching efficiency, it’s suggested to inspire the teachers to understand the meaning of their job and increase their inner motivation.
