This research method not only analyzes the influence of leadership behavior, supervisor identity, supervisor support and service quality.
Questionnaires were used to collect data. The questionnaire survey was conducted by police practitioners and the serviced people. A total of 300 questionnaires were sent out from the police. A total of 109 were valid (effective recovery rate of 36.33%); 300 questionnaires were generally distributed to the service population. A total of 144 were valid (effective recovery rate of 48%). After the questionnaire was collected, Descriptive statistics, t test, Anova, Pearson-moment correlation analysis were used to analyze the data. were used for data analysis.
The main findings of this study are as follows: First, the leadership behavior is significantly related to the supervisor's identity. The supervisory leadership behavior is significantly related to the supervisor's support. The supervisor's identity is significantly related to the service quality. However, supervisory leadership behavior is not significantly related to service quality; supervisor support is not significantly related to service quality. Second, the researcher should strengthen the supervisory approval mechanism and increase the supervisor's support. The supervisor should provide more support to the police in a timely manner. Third, the establishment of rewards and punishments, respect, considerate, and praise to provide quality services, Chinese cultural organizations often have paternalistic leadership qualities that are both benevolent and authoritarian, suggest that supervisors should pay attention to their subordinates in a timely manner and lead by example.Fourth, to improve service quality, the police should take the initiative to care for service recipients to strengthen the service training of internal police.
