The shoe-style and the shoe structure are ergonomically optimal.
First of all, the study invited 5 masters of shoemaking with 10~30 years of qualifications, according to the United States size (number) 6 the bottom of the 245 mm long women's shoes, 5 pairs of popular women, such as sneakers, open-toe shoes, back-shoes, ankle strap shoes, sandals, etc. The shoes are set as reference, 14 ergonomics such as the depth of the shoe mouth, the height of the back sill, the height of the ankle, the point of the toe, the height and length of the ankle, the depth of the squat, the length of the sole, and so on. The set experience value of the specific function of the foot operation function, and developed a standard module which can be used as the basis for shoe design. And planning on the 3D scanning diagram of shoe last, established a set of appropriate teaching materials, so that designers can have a reference basis in the design and creation, so that the design can be easier to get started, reduce the gap between the design and the finished product, and the waste of time and cost is necessary to shorten development time.
Second, through the "learning modular of the popular shoe design", the observation method and the modular design experiment were established. Thirty students who have not studied shoe design in the Department of Fashion Design of the University have conducted design experiments with observation methods and 50 students who have never learned shoe design
to introduce modular teaching design experiments. The results of the experiment were carried out by five experts with 8 to 30 years of experience in shoemaking, according to the standard of the student's drawing. The satisfaction survey was conducted with the “Likert-type five-scale”, and the results of the evaluation proved that the introduction of modular teaching. The design has specific effects on the students who are learning the shoe design for the first time, including the standardization of the drawing, the integrity, the ergonomic setting value, and the drawing speed.
The research results also show that the more complex the structure of the shoes, the more effective the learning effect of the imported module, the higher the satisfaction of the expert evaluation, the most significant experimental results of the sandals, the introduction of the modular shoe-style drawing test overall satisfaction rating. The overall satisfaction of the observation method expert evaluation is 8%. After the introduction of modular teaching, the overall satisfaction was increased to 100%. The test results of T test showed that the difference between the observation method and the imported modular data reached a significant level of T=-16.613, significant p value=0.000 <0.05, and the design satisfaction score was significantly different.
In the time test part, the simple structure of the shoe introduction modular design teaching mode is shorter than the drawing time using the observation method, and the learning effect is improved, but the ankle strap shoes and sandals are improved with the difficulty of the instruction and the structure, although the introduction modular, the grouping and time comparison observations increased, but in the drawing design experiment, the expert satisfaction rating was higher than the observation method. Therefore, design modularization is currently a worth promoting "shoe design innovation mode".
