Summary: | 碩士 === 大同大學 === 材料工程學系(所) === 107 === The pore structures of the mesoporous carbon material has certain maneuverability. Through experimental design, the pore structures, such as pore size, pore volume, and pore arrangement, can be manipulated to achieve high specific surface area characteristics. In this experiment, a mesoporous triblock synthetic polymer template was used to synthesize mesoporous carbon materials. By adjusting the chemical composition of the precursors and changing the concentration of the solution of the synthetic precursors, the composition of the pores was influenced. It is experimentally found that the concentration of the synthetic precursors will affect the size distribution of the channel. When the solvent is as much as 115 ml, a uniform channel structure can be obtained. Adjusting the weight ratio of P123/ resol used in the synthetic inlay will directly affect the pore structure. When P123/ resol <1, the material could not be observed to have obvious pore structure. When P123/ resol =1, uniform size and uniform pore structure could be observed. When the P123/ resol is >1, the pore volume increases and gradually becomes a macropore structures. The macropores are presumed to be pores generated during the evaporation of the residual solution. The structure of the residual solution carbon material is destroyed, and amorphous carbon is synthesized.
