This study planed a research survey, to understand the relationship between taste and design, and to explore whether there are differences between genders and lifestyles. This research survey used 15 beverage packages to present a front view of the beverage bottle in a line draft. The survey used questionnaires to collect data. The data were used to see the relationship between the taste and the sense of design. The multiple regression analysis, were used to establish the emotional model of taste and design. The major findings showed that (1) different genders and lifestyles show differences sense of taste and design for the beverage shape. (2) Both gender were found to be consistent on the sense of taste and design. The higher capsule showed stronger taste and design sense. (3) Student group prefer higher capsule on taste and design sense. (4) Single group prefer higher capsule on design sense. (5) Married group prefer longer bottleneck on design sense.
