The industrial computer company pursues not only itself-growth, but also with mergers and acquisitions competitive strategy to enlarge their market. The goal of this study, targeting the case of P company, uses the mergers and acquisitions competitive strategy analysis for Taiwan IPC industry with four analysis methods of “Mergers and Acquisitions Strategy Analysis”, " Co-opetition Strategy Analysis”, “BCG Matrix Analysis” and “SWOT Strategy Analysis”. The conclusion of this study: according to the four industry analysis tools and expert interviews, we can conclude that the industrial computer company can be growed quickly through the mergers and acquisitions strategy, which is consistent with one of the three growth engines described by McKinsey. Originally the P company is in the eleventh rank position, and the X company is in the eighth rank position. Through the mergers and acquisitions competitive strategy, P company's revenue jumps up to the fourth rank position in 2018 with extending its product line to IPC, Medical, Game, etc. P company has integrated both companies resources to enlarge the global market quickly and successfully.
