We use the Quasi-experimental research, taking certain seventh grade students in Chiayi County as the research object which were divided into experimental group of 46 people and control group of 46 people. The experimental group took eight board games into the healthy diet nutrition design experiment course, and each course was forty-five minutes. During the experiment period, the two groups of students simultaneously accepted the Hanlin version of the health and physical education course selected by the school. The control group also accepted the teaching of healthy diet nutrition, but did not use board games as teaching media. The two groups of students were tested with the "Healthy diet nutrition knowledge" and the "Healthy diet nutrition attitude scale" which were complied by the author for junior high school studeants before and after experimental teaching, and with the board game integration into teaching design satisfaction survey for the experimental group. The findings are as follows: 1. The experimental group students who accepted the board game into the healthy diet nutrition teaching design get higher average scores in the “healthy diet nutrition knowledge test” in the middle-test and post- test and also get narrow standard deviation no matter what their gender or their different body mass index is. The gap between students' scores narrowed, reaching a high score cluster. 2. The experimental group students who accepted the board game into the healthy diet nutrition teaching design have little difference with the control group students in the “healthy diet attitude questionnaire” no matter what their gender or their different body mass index is. They get higher average scores in the post-test and get narrow standard deviation. 3. The experimental group students who accepted the board game into the healthy diet nutrition teaching design get a positive attitude towards that the board games were assimilated into healthy eating and nutrition teaching design.Showing that board games assimilate into healthy eating and nutrition teaching design is worth promoting. This study provides recommendations and conclusions for teaching and follow-up researches. In the meanbing time, as a reference for educator, follow-up researches, related units in board games teaching and the units which promote healthy diet nutrition education.
